BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
In the project contracted by the BNetAg it has been done a study about the technical aspects of the IP networks interconnection, considering VoIP in special, developing the corresponding technical report. For making the study, a questionnaire was developed that was answered by germane network and IPservice operators, such as Deutsche Telecom, ARCOR, AOL, Freenet, etc. The results of the questionnaire were evaluated and discussed in the technical report. The results of this study were presented to an expert commission composed by the president and vice-president of BNetAg, the general manager of WIK-consult and representatives of the most important telecommunications operators in the german market.
